The concentrations Fe, Zn, Cu, Pb, Mn, Al have been measured edible (Sarda sarda Bloch, 1793) from Trabzon Rize coasts southern September 2020 December 2020. Cd, Cr, Co, Ni were not detected part S. both coastal areas. These are lower than maximum permissible values European Turkish regulations. average weekly intake metals per body weight value exceeded Provisional Tolerable Weekly Intake (PTWI) established. Therefore, may be concluded that these ten should any health threat consumers resulting consumption sarda.
